We are in the process of adopting our 5yo foster daughter. She has had crack, meth, alcohol, amphetimine exposure inutero. She can become quite defiant. She can be very aggressive with the our other children. She constantly wets her pants and needs to be in pull ups at all times. She has some sexualized behaviours. She has food issues as well and has gone from eating excessive amounts to now refusing to eat food at all at times. She is overly familiar with strangers. She is on a wait list for play therapy but has already been waiting for 6 + months.
