She has trouble determining the difference in most of the vowel sounds when she hears or says them, so she can't figure out which letter she should use if she wants to write a word. All of the short vowels sound too much the same to her, as do most of the long vowels. 			<description><![CDATA[ I am both happy and saddened to write this post. I am hoping for some comfort or optimistic thoughts. My daughter is going to be going to a therapeutic summer program, and attend a therapeutic school during the school year. I am happy to have her placed in the school, but saddened that her behaviors have made the change neccessary.
